TRAINING
Aspire Facility has an ongoing commitment to training and development of its personnel. This ensures innovation, creativity and job satisfaction. All new Aspire employees will participate in an induction program.

TECHNICAL TRAINING
This training program provides on-the-job training that builds technical skills specifically for Engineering, Housekeeping Services and Food & Nutrition Services.

Individual Training Development 
The individual development training helps employees realize their full potential and helps reduce turnover, absenteeism and accidents, while improving productivity, morale and customer satisfaction. With these training and development programs, employees are more efficient and satisfied. That means your facility enjoys greater productivity and lower turnover, both of which add cost savings to your bottom line.

Initial Orientation Training
Several days of carefully planned training prepare the employee for work. Under the careful eye of the trainer, the new employee sets about learning the skills needed for the job. The new employee’s training covers several duties and is recorded in his personnel file

System training
Depending on the employees’ role, job specific systems training will be conducted in areas such as:Accounts payable and accounts receivable; Customer Service; Operations, in particular contract management and risk management; and Legal – trade practices.

Chemical Handling
All the chemicals brought on to the site shall meet the Clients Compliance requirements. No chemical will be taken into the site with a prior approval from the Site team and a valid Material Safety Data Sheet.
