The Cleaning Features includes:
- Cleaning all floor areas, including damp mopping of areas such as tiles, sidewalls, and entrance areas. Floor care implies that the floor shall be free of dirt, mud, footprints, liquid spills and other debris. The frequency of wet mopping shall be dependent on the weather conditions. After the completion of the job, the floors shall have a uniform appearance with no streaks, smears, swirl marks, detergent or water residues. The dry mopping shall be carried out throughout the day.
- Routine thorough cleaning of the toilets, toilet mirrors using suitable non-abrasive cleaners and disinfectants. The daily monitoring of all operation related to regular and scheduled deep cleaning, sanitizing shall be strictly monitored.
- The routine property check for internal maintenance and up-keep of floors, walls & ceilings.
- Routine dusting of soft surfaces for prevention of dust-mites.
- Routine disinfection in common areas, office etc.
- Thorough cleaning of the glasses at the entrance doors, windows in the premises with window squeeze and applicators. Spot cleaning – wall stain removal, floor mud-stains, upholstery stain removal, etc.
- Garbage collection and disposal to building collection site. The waste paper baskets shall be emptied and washed or wiped with damp cloth.
- Replenishment of water dispensers, if required.
- Glass cleaning of areas like partitions, doors / windows and unreachable areas where there is no accessibility.
- Thorough cleaning of the walls & doors of all toilets with appropriate detergent and disinfectant.
